ICE PODS ARE HERE! As an introductory product to our new line, ICE GRIPS, enjoy cold and hot therapy with one of our small ICE PODS. These pods are designed to offer quick, isolated pain relief. Purchase your own ICE PODS in packs of one or five. Note: not designed for active use, solely for rest and recovery purposes.
COLD APPLICATION
*Cold therapy is recommended for the first 48 hours following an injury*
- Distribute the gel evenly by flattening the gel pod.
- Place the Ice Pod in the freezer and freeze for a recommended 2 hours. Note: Store Ice Pod in the freezer for grab-and-go use.
- Apply Ice Pod to desired areas, may be secured in place by purchasing one of our Crosstraps by MDUB.
- Not recommended to use directly on skin for extended periods. Apply for 20 minutes, with 2-hour intervals in between usage. For optimal protection, place a small towel or cloth between the skin and Ice Pod for an extra barrier.
HOT APPLICATION
*Hot therapy should not be used until 48 hours after an injury*
*As microwaves vary in power, you will need to find your correct heating time carefully*
- Distribute the gel evenly by smoothing the gel pack.
- Place the entire Ice Pod in the microwave.
- Heat in 5-8 second increments to reach the desired temperature.
CAUTION
- Do not use it directly on broken skin or open wounds.
- If the pack tears or breaks, discard it immediately.
- Apply only as directed. Keep out of reach of children.
